A very comfortable stay - very peaceful but convenient location (5-10 mins walk from town) & perfect base enabling us to celebrate our Aunt’s 90th birthday Afternoon Tea party, locally, in style and enjoy a relaxed short stay afterwards. Nice to eat in the conservatory looking out on the garden & listen to the birds singing. Parking on Sunnyside v convenient.

Lovely place with a large garden. The place isn't tall person friendly however with low ceilings and lights. However this is not an issue that most people will have. Great place in general.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stephen's comfortable, atmospheric cottage. The premises, including the wonderful garden and conservatory, were absolutely charming and so restful. We were able to shop and eat locally, while spending our days visiting interesting sites both nearer and further afield. Everything in the cottage was provided for our stay, and all was clean, pleasant to look at or sit on, and homely. It was great to be able to park just outside and find easy, private access to the cottage. Stephen and his partner are friendly and helpful, easy to talk to and great at answering questions if needed. A delightful stay in a fabulous cottage with fantastic surroundings.

Lovely cottage with plenty of character. Walking distance to the village. Just what we needed for our weekend. Would definitely go back
