Emsworth is located between the cathedral city of Chichester and Portsmouth & Southsea, where you will find the famous dockyard, the beautiful walk along the promenade with the arcade and funfair-fun for all the family. further afield but well worth the 25 minute travelling time, you will find the unspoilt sandy beach of west wittering, it would be advised to book car parking in advance to your visit. Walking into the property the reception area is graceful, bright and spacious leading into the lounge area that features a chimenea perfect for those cosy evenings on the sofa, after a day of exploring. We also have a wide range of television entertainment including Netflix. Just through from the lounge you will find the large dining area with bi-folding doors that exposes lots of natural light. The open plan kitchen has everything you need to self-cater during your stay. A large fridge freezer, double oven, hob Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster and a dishwasher. a further utility room has a washing machine and a tumble drier. their is also a W/C on the ground floor. To the rear you will find a large garden that backs onto large fields and Thorney island, has 2 patio areas, one for outdoor dining with the BBQ and hot tub and the large outdoor table and one area with a comfortable lounge set for those summer evenings taking in the fresh sea air with the firepit. There is children's equipment also in the garden to be enjoyed and a dog bath wash area around the side of the garden. to the back of the garden, there is a gate that can be used to walk along the path in the field to get straight onto the harbour. upstairs you will find 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 singles the master room has a king size bed with a en-suite. whilst the rest share a new-modern style bathroom equipped with both a shower, and a bath. their are 2 spare pull out beds in 1 of the bedrooms incase our little guests decide to have a "sleepover" our other 3 bedrooms are spoilt with toys and books which we are more then happy to have our little guests enjoy whilst staying in our home from home.
