Relax at this peaceful one bed studio cottage nestled in the Texas Hill Country! Close to several unique hill county experiences and fine dining. We are within minutes to downtown Marble Falls and all the fun that goes with being in one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in all of Texas! Just three minutes from Sweet Berry Farm! Since there is not a full kitchen spend your time getting refreshed instead of cooking. Take the time to experience some fun new restaurants or bring a picnic. This property is located behind the owner’s home in a quiet, lazy neighborhood. It is a completely separate house from the owners. The cottage is a one room studio with a gorgeous updated bathroom. There is a workshop attached that you do not have access to. Note: floors are raw, unfinished hardwoods. We recommend slippers.

Private home that was very clean, with great AC and bathrooms. Had a few waters and snacks and everything we needed to get by. Very close to the wedding venue we were visiting! Hard to tell from the photos how close the home is to the primary house but if you don’t mind about that it is a wonderful place to stay! They communicated everything well and even allowed us to check in early. Highly recommend!

This little “Rose Cottage” was just perfect for my stay in Marble Falls. Comfortable and safe neighborhood not far from town. The cottage was spotless and Micah and Tania have thought of everything to make a stay there super comfortable. Little touches like every kind of coffee, special filtered water, special soaps and every little thing was in place to make you feel like you were a really important guest. I would stay there again and again - it was all a perfect experience. Thank you Micah and Tania.

Great place in the country but close to Marble Falls. Peaceful and immaculate and extremely safe neighborhood. Hosts are awesome!
