My Name is Gokul Sapkota, i am the owner of “Sunrise Apartment". From a very humble background to now a successful entrepreneur and an active social worker. I began my career working in the mountain areas for over nine years, first as a porter then as a licensed guide for both trekking and tours and traveling to various regions of Nepal. My learning attitude did not stop me there as I went on to work as a tour operators in another company. I love the nature and adventure activities therefore whole tourism industry led me to consistently work into the industry. After acquiring right knowledge and continuous exposure to travel and trekking, it made me courageous enough to start my own Trekking & Tours company named "Outshine Adventure" in Thamel, which is my based agency to start the tourism business until here. I have completed my bachelor degree in Tourism Management and also have studied various Foreign Languages. My travels has taken me to the high Himalayas to plain lands or in short many of the places in Nepal, but my travel did not stop there as i have also travelled to other parts of the world including Europe, different countries of Asia, Australia, USA & Canada etc. Since i have started my company i have regularly been attending travel expos and seminars in search of business opportunities and market destination Nepal. i was also elected central committee member of Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal from over 1500 members as Executive member and Coordinated Welfare Crisis Management Department for two years in my Ex. period of 2013 - 2015. I realized to contribute something myself into my needy village in mountain after becoming a successful tourism entrepreneurs as a founder president of "Junkiri Nepal" serving for childrens in northern part of Nepal; as a recognized NGOs president i was also elected as Joint-Secretary on dated February 2016 inNFN(NGO Federation of Nepal, Kathmandu) for 3 years, right after completing my executive body of Kathmandu branch, i got Elected again for Executive Member on Central committee on April 2019 for 3 years in the "NGO Federation of Nepal". i am also president of Kiwanis club of Thamel as the kiwanis club's and our NGO policy or criterias match properly. My continuity in tourism field have also led me to Hospitality business; i am one of the founding member and managing director of Hotel " Kathmandu Suite Home" & Hotel "Newa Home", which is aimed to provide best of the quality experience to customers.
