Stefano was great and responsive. But the apartment needs major work. Cleaning crew was probably one of the worst I’ve encountered. Surfaces were dusty, towels and sheets had stains and garbage was left behind by the cleaners. One bathroom had no ventilation so there was mold growing above the shower. And the other bathroom had a clogged shower drain and sink. Walls are very banged up. Just needs major work. Nicely decorated. Stefano wanted to fix them but we weren’t staying long and honestly didn’t want people coming in and out while we were out. It was what it was.

Perfect. I cannot find any fault. 1. Communication - perfect host. Proactive with contact and very helpful. 2.Location - perfect for Termini. 3 minute walk to Termini Station with train from Fumincino Airport and all subway routes easily accessible. Like any city, there are a few characters hanging around the station at night but we never felt unsafe. The apartment is set one street back on a very safe, quiet street with numerous restaurants nearby. There is a good restaurant just underneath the apartment that swerves good food at reasonable prices. 3. Apartment - very clean and spacious. Roman hotel rooms are famously small, this is the opposite. 6 persons can sleep here comfortably. 3 smart tv’s with Netflix, Disney +, YouTube and local TV. 2 good bathrooms with showers. Comfortable, clean kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, washer, coffee machine, kettle and sandwich toaster. We were a family of 2 adults and 4 children and I can say this is perfect for families.

Great apartment in a great location. We arrived to meet Stefano at the front door of the apartment. Stefano had arranged transport from the airport to the apartment which was very handy. The apartment was as advertised, it was very clean and well set up for our needs. The apartment was about a 3 minute walk to the central train and subway station. The neighborhood was around the apartment was nice and safe and had many good places to eat within a 5 minute walk. We had a wonderful stay and would return again! Highly recommend this apartment for your Rome adventure.
