This location was perfect! Right between Lake Travis, where Oasis Brewery is at and downtown. The apartment is very nice and the decoration is minimal, which I really like, it makes the spaces look tidier. It has a little patio which has a lot of privacy due to all the trees, nice to have coffee in the morning.

Everything was great! The pool and gym had an amazing view. The apartment was quiet, clean and cozy. The bed was comfy and I felt safe in the unit. The host was not accommodating with a late checkout which was kind of annoying as I feel it is something they could have definitely arranged on their end. Other than that it was a really nice place to stay and would book again.

From the pictures and the listing this place looked great, and it is in a great location. First, the apartment is not on the first floor, even though the pictures make it seem that way. You park in the parking lot (good luck finding a spot) and walk down a very narrow steep sets of stairs. Next, when we walked into the apartment about half of the lightbulbs were missing or not working. I contacted WaunderJaunt and they said that they would send someone out and they would let me know when they were on their way. The thermostat was set to 80, so we turned it down to 71 and left the apartment for about 5 hours, figuring that it would cool off by the time we got back- it did not. When we returned at about 10pm the light bulbs had been changed, which was great, even though we were not alerted that they were coming. Even though the a/c was set to 71, it was still 80 degrees. It was about 100 degrees outside and we were traveling with a 4 month old baby, so there was no way that we were going to stay there. This, on top of the light bulb and stairs situation, made us extremely frustrated. We told WaunderJaunt that we would be leaving and not returning. Over the next day I communicated with multiple WanderJaunt customer representatives, having to retell my story each time. Finally, I was told that I needed to contact AirBnb to cancel the room and WanderJaunt would make sure that I had a full refund. When I contacted AirBnb they told me that WanderJaunt should be the one contacting them and not me. Of course, I was not aware of this. I was sent to another department and connected to another AirBnb rep who finally sent a refund for our trip. Because of ALL of this- I would not recommend working with WanderJaunt. Specifically for this location, it seems like they do not have a reliable person making sure that the place is ready for the next guest.
