The place was clean and as described. The building itself was not labeled so it was a tad difficult to locate the apartment. Our biggest disappointment was that the AC was broken when we arrived. It was 106 outside and 90 degrees inside which made the apartment uninhabitable. However, I did very much appreciate their customer service. They admitted right away that they would not be able to get someone there that evening to repair the AC, did not have a place to move us to, and offered to refund ALL of our money. Which they did. It was just super stressful and difficult at the last moment to find a place to go. We ended up at a hotel, that was twice what we intended to pay, out of desperation.

Ground level unit with easy access and garage for parking. All bathroom and kitchen conveniences were easily accessible. Very well stocked coffee and creamer containers. Very clean and well lit. Shades offer privacy. Secure door lock with TouchPad access. Pool is small but enough to cool off in. Didn't use the gym. Most importantly, no noisy neighbors! Location is off the highway and there are plenty of stores within a 10 minute drive. Hiking nearby was pretty good and only minutes from unit. Host communication was very responsive and thorough. Would highly recommend this location. Perfect for a couple on the go!

great little place for a evening in town. parking is packed so a little difficult to find a space , overall very clean and a wonderful experience!!
