Ksenia was very helpful upon our arrival. We landed around 6am and was not supposed to check in until 3pm. However, she quickly get the place ready and allowed us to check in a bit earlier so we can get rested. Thank you very much. The condo itself is in a great location with literally 3 mins walk to the Stratford station. Shopping mall and shopping center is close by where you can get groceries and everything you needed for your stay. Overall, we had a great time in London. Thank you.

The check in was tricky - only because I didn’t read Ksenia’s instructions closely enough. Once I checked them again it was straight forward and very easy. The flat was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be booking again!
