beware that you will get zero refund if you try to cancel even 1 hour after making the reservation. I explained our petsitter fell through he wouldn’t budge. My husband wasn’t even able to come on Friday due to this and had to drive separate from us on Saturday when someone was available to help with our puppy. But then check in the lady at desk was very nice. However when went to our room the queen bed was disgusting I almost threw up. There were black hairs all over the pillow sheet and blanket it almost didn’t seem real because it was so much. We went down to the desk. The lady had the guy come change it while we were gone and up on the boardwalk, came back to room a few hours later and all they did was change the blanket, the pillows sheet still had the stain (which is how I really knew it wasn’t changed) and hair all over them. I was actuallycontemplating sleeping in my car I was so disgusted and sick. Went back and told her and they gave us brand new stuff. Still not worth the $

Cozy space! Very convenient! Very close to the boardwalk and everything! Check in was a breeze and communication was great!
