I feel fortunate to have found such a delightful place to stay for a few nights and have been looking forward to my next longer planned stay. The location is in a very peaceful neighborhood, with walkable sidewalks and green spaces. It is a short walk to leave this and reach a collection of restaurants and stores. The house is clean and neat, tastefully decorated. I have access to the backyard, as well as lounge and kitchen, with open space in the fridge and pantry. The room is comfortable with everything I need: a comfortable bed, rocking chair, and desk, not to mention a large tv screen. The bathroom is nice as well. Kathy is a friendly, welcoming host.

I had a pleasant stay at Kathy's place. It's few minutes of drive from Downtown so a good balance between living in a quiet neighborhood while having easy access to great spots in the city. Definitely recommend staying there.

Perfect place to stay if you're going to be out most of the time! I had a comfortable bed with enough space to put my own bags, and my own bathroom. Kathy is a good host.

I came to Austin for medical reasons. Kathy’s place was perfect for my stay! It was very quiet and peaceful so I could get a lot of rest for my recovery. Kathy stays in her own space in the house so you would have plenty of privacy. I didn’t see her much since I am a night owl, and she was usually asleep when I was awake. But every interaction we had was always very positive. I would definitely choose this Airbnb again! Thanks Kathy :)
