Jerry was helpful answering questions, responding to requests, giving suggestions of things to do. The room had clean sheets, towels, fridge, micro, coffee. Nice to have a bathroom in our space. Baseboards, grout, corners could use some deep cleaning. The public parts of the house are cluttered, can be avoided if you head up to your room.

Very easy to find, and self check in. I arrived around 8pm and had to leave by 3am for the airport. The bedroom and bathroom were tidy, but in my opinion far from clean. Kind of an odd smell upon entering. I’d say i got what i paid for. Host was very good at responding to my questions, etc in the airbnb messaging.

We really enjoyed staying at Jerry's. Nice quiet area, clear instructions, the owner was very responsive, the window opened in the room. There are 2 beds, a refrigerator that works quietly and a microwave right in the room. The floor was a little dirty, but the bathtub and bed linen were clean. I was very comfortable. We stayed at 2 other places in Austin this week, it was more expensive, dirtier and the area was worse.
