Eduard was an amazing host. One of the best I've had and I travel constantly. He is friendly, helpful, willing to talk or leave you alone. The room is very nice. Large and clean, comfortable bed, good wifi, nice desk with a swivel chair, little couch, TV. Fan/AC, surge protector near the desk. Good for digital nomad travel. Kitchen is well appointed with room for food in the fridge. I was able to cook at will. Nearby: Walking distance to a mercado and several food trucks. Literally a three minute walk. The mercado has $3 tacos of all sorts. Good deli. Pretty much anything you need. La placita restaurant is a six minute walk. Big menu and a happy hour beverage selection. No outside seating but quiet inside. Franklin Park is a three minute walk with a pretty path (there loops is a mile) with a gym area, swings, climbing wall, children's stuff, bathrooms. Big trees. Good backyard to hand out and do writing or read under the trees. Laundry! Just ask Edward.

I had a great time staying at Edward’s place. Stayed for more than a week, the location is very convenient and close to a lot of places. Edward is really flexible and helpful all the time, very friendly and kind. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here!
