Seafoam Santuary was a great place to stay. It was bright, clean, and well equipped. Had a good parking space for 2 cars and was an easy walk to the beach and a coffee shop. Christie was easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome.

I'd like to start off by saying Christie's place is very nice. Clean, fully equipped & quiet spacious area. My family & i stayed for a few days while visiting Seaworld & The San Diego zoo. the kids enjoyed their spacious headquarters downstairs. we definitely plan on coming back this summer & using Christie's place. Thank you again for sharing your home with us. much appreciated ♥️

Christie's place is very comfortable and well described. We enjoyed our stay and the recommended areas to eat and explore. The location is perfect for walking to local restaurants and entertainment. There is a great view of the ocean from the patio unfortunately we were not able to use the BBQ as the weather our weekend was not on our side. The neighborhood is very clean and like I said before walkable. Would book again.

Loved staying here! It was only one bathroom as the description said but we didn’t many issues with that thankfully! Overall was a nice stay easy to get to and from. Would def recommend either a car or taking taxi.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a short drive to either Carlsbad or Oceanside, like minutes. It’s a great place to stay! Christie was quick to respond to our messages and she provided a great guest experience with all the local recommendations.
