Katia’s advertised room is just as small as I thought it would be, perfect for an overnight stay before a flight from JFK airport that is 20 mins away by car. Katia is a wonderful and caring host, she makes you feel at home and her house has a lovely comforting energy just like Katia herself.

Nice and cozy place in a safe neighbourhood. Felt at home. The room and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Close to stations and convenient to travel to both Manhattan and JFK airport.

I stayed here a lot and it was always a pleasant stay. The room is quite and comfortable and Katia is super sweet.
