I booked this flat for my birthday weekend with four of my friends and we were not left wanting. The flat was clean and well stocked, and we slept quite comfortably. The couch folds out into a bed but we didn't find we needed to use it as the largest bed was spacious enough to fit three people with room to spare. The location was great for the price- we were able to walk to the beach in 10 minutes or so, and about 20-30 to the city centre if you feel your legs could do with a stretch. There was a supermarket a 4 minute drive away as well which was handy! Banyana was very communicative and happy to help out whenever we needed it, and was knowledgeable about activities in the city. The only issue we encountered was that the parking space was incredibly small and a neighbor's car was blocking access to it, so we were unable to use it. Street parking is permit only during the day but we found a reasonable alternative by parallel parking on the drive of the garages in front of a neighbor's car. Either way this was a great place to stay with a large group and it made our experience in Brighton a comfortable one! Thank you so much for your hospitality, Banyana.

This accommodation, has it all, clean tidy, very homely feeling, And within walking distance to the beach, the shops , We will definitely be back,☺️
