The view was beautiful and the two levels were spacious and nicely decorated. The main problem we had was that the house was set to have heat off and the lower level was 62 degrees and would not warm up by bedtime after a few hours of adjusting the heat. This was quite uncomfortable. The host was very responsive but unable to really do anything. The hosts should ensure the house is a reasonable temperature on days guests arrive. I appreciated that there wasn’t a long list for check out items.

We stayed at Elizabeth’s place over Spring Break and had the best experience imaginable. The entire living room has a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, river, and nature. My kids loved seeing the Durango Silverton Train roll by each morning. The home is located three minutes from Durango Hot Springs Resort and close to everything we needed. Doordash and Instacart delivered to us also so that was convenient. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Durango looking for a modern stay with gorgeous views!

This is such a beautiful house. We had everything we needed, the house was spotless and all ready for us. The hosts were super responsive and helped wherever they could. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back. Close to the skiing and to downtown Durango, it really has all you need.

The place was a beautiful home with a ton of space, amazing views overlooking the valley, & a hot tub to relax after a long day on the mountain!
