The apartment is very comfortable. The shower is on the lower level whereas the bedrooms are on an upper floor, although there is a WC on the upper level. There is no ventilation in the bedrooms and can be quite warm even in winter. Be aware that there are stairs to get to the apartment as well as within the apartment. Apart from basic tea and coffee there is no other supplies provided (including salt and pepper) so you need to do your own shopping. There is a good deli and bakery down the street and a Tesco nearby. It is an easy walk to the Strathisla Distillery which has excellent tours and a comfortable bar for a quiet dram or two.
Thank you for the clean home. Overall, it was a good stay with free parking available.
The Institute is a fab place to stay, well furnished and cosy. A home from home. Close to amenities and plenty of parking.
