magnifique appartement, très bien situé, propre, calme. tout était parfait! Marco a tout prévu dans l annonce, les instructions, les conseils. on espère revenir très vite

Der Aufenthalt bei Marco war im großen Ganzen sehr schön und angenehm. Die Einrichtung sowie die Sauberkeit gefiel mir. Es gabs in der Nähe einen kleinen Supermarkt und Bäcker. Die Station San Toma war zu Fuß weniger als 3 Minuten erreichbar. Die Entfernung (zu Fuß) zur der berühmten Rialtobrücke waren es ca. 10-15 min. Ein Manko waren die Steckdosen sowie die Fenster. Den Stecker in die Steckdose zu stecken war bei manchen Steckdosen unmöglich gewesen. Die Fenster konnte man nicht kippen z.B nach dem Duschen.

We had a wonderful time at this exception apartment in the heart of San Polo. Spotless and beautiful inside, but a couple blocks off the main tourist drag so quiet and private. Marco was incredibly responsive and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend his apartment to anyone visiting Venice!

We know Venice quite well from previous visits, and you won't find a better combination of location and comfort than Marco's apartment in San Polo. The place was great, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with easy access within 2-3 minutes to great restaurants and cafes. Marco was a very kind and accommodating host. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Marco's apartment was amazing. It was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 13 and 9). We stayed in 4 different AirBnBs throughout Italy, France and the UK on this trip and this was the best one by far. To be honest, this is on a different level than most AirBnBs. It was the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed at and was so thoughtfully set up from the USB ports at the bed, Nespresso and tea in the kitchen, laundry supplies provided, locker/cabinet to store luggage if you arrive early/leave later, umbrellas to use by the front door... the list goes on. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious, bed comfortable, apartment close to Vaporetto. This felt like home and we'll definitely be back if we return to Venice. Thank you, Marco!
