Highly recommend staying here. The views are great, and it’s super easy to get around town. You are close enough to any place you want to visit, but also in a very quiet part of town. Any little issues we encountered were quickly addressed by Thomas without any hesitation. Having an elevator is a huge plus! Note heat and AC are only available at certain times of the year. If we get the opportunity to return to Venice, we will try and stay here again.

séjour agréable. l emplacement était bien situé. Thomas très réactif suite à des petits soucis techniques dans l appartement ( problèmes avec le mitigeur de la douche supérieure). Bon séjour globalement

Pros-AMAZING location, just a short walk to find the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but located in a local district. Loved how quiet and beautiful the area was. Space is large-two bathrooms is always a plus. Having an elevator was great as well. Loved the balcony! Comfortable bed, we slept well Cons- No hot water. Not even remotely warm water. Freezing. We did not take a shower while there. Upstairs bath/shower had a broken handle-very difficult to use. Did a small load of laundry, dryer does not heat. Not the end of the world but it was raining non stop so we couldn’t even hang the clothes to dry. All in all we would stay here again, but only if there was hot water.

lovely stay, convenient location for walking and for car drop off, the elevator was a nice option to have especially in venice, nice view
