Jonathan’s home is beautiful and comfortable in every way. The view is spectacular and he even has binoculars for the kids to see the wildlife. His taste is impeccable, chic and inviting. He was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

Jonathan's house is beautiful, even better than the pictures. The décor and design are lovely—relaxed and (tastefully) beachy. A visiting family member even took a few pictures for inspiration for her own house. Conveniences like dimmable lights, ceiling fans, a Nest and a Google Home showcase Jonathan's attention to detail in creating a livable, modern space. The bedrooms are spacious and bright. The living room/dining room/kitchen area is perfect for hanging out with family, including our on-the-go 2-year-old (who became fond of saying "Ok Google, turn on the ceiling fan" over and over and over...). The separate office space came in handy since my husband and I had to work a few days while we visited. And there's an adjustable standing desk! The view is awesome for sunsets and bird watching. And the neighborhood is just that—a real neighborhood. With people and kids out and about, you feel like you're part of a community, while also having space and privacy. The beach isn't walkable, which is clear in the description and the map. We drove each day because of my 2-year-old, but it would be a nice bike ride as well if you don't have to cart 100 snacks and toys to the beach like we do. Jonathan was easy to communicate with and worked to accommodate our needs. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this Ocean City charmer.

We loved Jonathan's house. We loved the natural/modern clean styling in the home décor. The view was the best part though. The whole view from the back of the house is a 180 degree of the wetlands! We watched an Osprey catch and eat a fish right in the Osprey perch outback (binoculars included)! It's a nice, well through out oasis in a quiet neighborhood. Jonathan was great and ready if we needed anything.

Beautiful home! We highly recommend this home, it is in a quiet section of Ocean City but with beautiful sunsets and views of wild life. The newly renovated home was done with perfection, it had everything we needed and Jonathan was a pleasure to work with.
