logement très propre et bien situé, communication aisée avec l'hôte. Quelques points à noter tout de même : logement très sombre : en sous sol, fenêtres très petites donc pas adapté pour y passer du temps en journée logement situé sous une maison sans aucune insonorisation : impression d'avoir les voisins du haut à côté du lit! logement froid : en avril, pas de chauffage, nous avons eu froid. au total, nous n'avons pas pu profiter vraiment du lieu l'avons utilisé uniquement pour dormir, donc comme un hôtel avec les services en moins et le.prix nettement plus élevé.

Im not sure where to start because there are so many positives to write about. The house first: so cute, the artwork and decor is awesome, and the kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. My daughter and I felt right at home and had a very comfortable stay! Also I typically don’t sleep well the first new night anywhere, but the bed was a dream. Location: the neighborhood is so peaceful, has pretty views, yet is super close to shops and restaurants etc. It’s also only a 10-15 min Uber to literally anything you’d want to do. Gail’s backyard is so amazing, you can feel (and see) the love that goes into it. Gail is so thoughtful, and very responsive. I felt safe and taken care of, while also having all the privacy. We just left, and I’m already planning a second trip and I would for sure stay here again. 11/10 recommend!

A great studio apartment with a big bed and sofa bed in a quiet and safe neighborhood with good access to downtown (7 min walk to Metro) and access to groceries, restaurants etc. Walking distance to Golden Gate Park. Gail was a great host and always immediately responsive, and there were no issues during my stay! Shared garden is LOVELY. Would highly recommend. Some notes - but nothing misadvertised or worth docking points for: - As it is a basement studio there is not much natural light and you do hear noise from upstairs (and presumably vice versa) but very quiet at night. - Steep hill to get there from metro or shops (as with most of SF!) - Laundromat is available 2 blocks away Overall 5*, thank you Gail and will be back!

Beautiful bnb - exactly as described, great aesthetics, safe and quiet neighborhood, walkable from many great restaurants, breweries, grocery stores. I had a lovely time, would love to stay here again :)
