The check out time at 10am is unrealistic unless guests get up very early and rush to get breakfast done and cleaned up, dishes dried and put away without a dish drying rack. Stripping beds, getting trash out, and washing and drying and putting back all dishes by 10am checkout is unrealistic. No late checkout due to host’s cleaning responsibilities does not make sense when there is so much to do in the morning to help clean up. If you want to enjoy cooking breakfast and then packing and cleaning and getting out, it would be a better deal and a better check out to stay at a hotel.

Cosy cottage. Enough space for six of us. Arrived late in the evening and left following morning. Unfortunately no shop nearby so no milk or bread for breakfast. 😕

This was a emergency last minute stop off and hazel was very quick And helpful with her communication. We had 2 young kids and unfortunately the house isn’t really suitable for young children but we had no choice to stay their however it would be lovely for adults/older children wanting to experience the local area:
