This was our second stay here and for our group it works perfect! Close to the beach and plenty of room to spread out.

The Place is nice and spacious and the location is excellent! And the ACs work great. We had a great time with our Family this past weekend. But... the place is not clean you can tell it is superficial clean the countertops were dirty one of the refrigerators had a bad smell. The exhaust fan in the kitchen doesn't work and the fans on the porch either. The porch was dirty and the fans were full of dirt from 100 years ago the doors and door knobs were Filthy. When you pay a good price for a place you are expecting a nice CLEAN place.

Overall, it was a good stay. It was nice and clean and spacious enough for large gatherings. The owners were very responsive to the issues that we had which include: one of the window units going out, outside ceiling fans not working, pool lights did not work, mold growing on the ceiling in one of the rooms. When we booked the stay, it was suppose to include (2) 6 seater golf carts however we were not notified until we arrived that golf carts were no longer included. Also, the pictures listed do not match the beach house we stayed in. The rooms were the same as pictured, however kitchen/dining room/living room was not the same as pictured in the listing. Other than these minor issues, our family had a great time and many memories were made!
