It was a house that did the job nicely, comfortable for 8 for a couple of nights. Warm inside with effective central heating. Well equipped kitchen but no dishwasher. Bedrooms nice and comfy. Two off road car park spaces at the back of the property were very useful. Supermarket very close, 5 mins walk. Beware arriving after dark, front of house is not well lit and there's no door number so make sure you don't end up in neighbouring property. Convenient location for North Bristol and Cheltenham. Host was very responsive.

Stayed for a birthday weekend, very easy to get to and from city centre. Really big house, lovely furniture. Only issue was oven wasn’t working, they didn’t give us toilet roll and the upstairs en suit nasty room was broken/ not cleaned properly. Apart from that really really happy, would recommend.

Not clean as pictures showed. Firstly, all trash boxes are full (or locked), no space for our dumping. Secondly, dead flies bodies are found everywhere in the house, I don't expect a house is like that after cleaning. Thirdly, appliances and tools in kitchen are not clean enough. For instance, glasses turns to be clear after deeply washed, coffee machine is horrible that you won't try to use it, even the sauce and food provided we are afraid of using it. Last but not least, the living and dining room are quite dirty and a little bit smelly even. Luckily, all rooms are clean and tidy, toilet is also clean enough for sleeping. Due to radiator and hot water issue, we tried to contact host but no response, both airbnb message or phone provided. We have to fix it by ourseleves, some of us can only 'enjoy' cold and hot water bath... No special spot within walking distance, but Tesco extra is only 6 mins driving. Not really recommended if the cleaning standard is not improved.
