Last minute family trip to Flagstaff. This location was great and cute neighborhood. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Didn’t find the pool table over the garage until we left but it was there! Steep driveway but it was heated and melted the heavy snow fall that night. You can park in the garage so very convenient.

Kenny proved exceptionally helpful and responsive, granting us an early check-in and late check-out. The house was impeccably clean and comfortably accommodated all of us.

Our family enjoyed staying at Kenny’s place. Kenny was also very communicative and flexible and that made our weekend more enjoyable. I really liked walking my dog around the neighborhood and going to the park with the kids. Overall, the place is exactly as described and I would totally stay again.

We highly recommend staying here! The house was clean and cozy with lots of great amenities. We loved the Harry Potter themed house and even watched a few movies while we were there.

Our time at Pondy Hills was satisfying. Kenny, our host, set the perfect tone for our visit with his kindness, responsiveness and accommodating nature. It was clear that the owners have poured their hearts into making this home welcoming heaven, and our experience reflected our sentiment in every-way. The home exuded warmth and hospitality to make it a home away from home. Our son and his friend had a fantastic time making use of the pool table and exploring the outdoor inviting backyard, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. One of the standout features is the prime location, offering convenient access to everything we needed while still providing a tranquil retreat. The spacious layout made it clear that it would be easy to accommodate large families, a feature we appreciated even as a smaller family. While no stay it without its minor concerns, Kenny immediate and attentive response to our needs truly underscored his commitment to ensure a positive experience.
