I'm a regular traveller and I can say that this is the perfect example of a home away from home. Maurizia and her daughter Rebecca were very warm hosts, very co-ordinate, approachable and almost make me felt like they are my friends. They have been hosting for over 10 years now so they are very good r their game! The place itself is located at a brilliant locatio, literally 2 mins walk from station and market area. The place is kept clean to a very high standard and the rooms have noise cancellation windows which make you sleep like a baby. They also give you free breakfast at a nearby restaurant as part of your booking so all in all this was the perfect value for money. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back! Grazie mille! 🙂

A nice stay in a spacious space. Very close to the train station; host meets you there so you both walk to the home together making it easy to know the directions. The space is really private- you have your own room, bathroom, and mini kitchen, all downstairs away from the host. The host was very nice, answering any questions or concerns, even checking in to offer any new bathroom necessities. It was a nice offering to have a heater and fan to make the stay even more comfortable. If you get lucky, you may run into the family’s cat who was friendly and a sweet surprise. Lastly the included breakfast each morning was really good too- simple yet delicious.

Maurizia was so kind and welcoming, and the place was lovely. After staying in hostels for a week, having a quite place to myself tucked into the little streets of Vernazza was a treat. I would absolutely come stay again, and am grateful that such a gem exists in my price range!

Trust the reviews. Maurizia and Rebecca are the perfect hosts! The place was larger and better than expected and there were plenty of "niceties" that I won't spoil for you. Located steps from the train station, which is ideal. Maurizia and Rebecca met me at the station and helped me with my bag. You have the entire unit to yourself, including a mini refrigerator, a private modern bathroom, a separate desk area, and lots of lovely amenities. The place was sparkling clean and the bed was comfy. Maurizia treats you like a family member, she is warm and caring. I'm so happy I found her lovely place to call home while I stayed in Vernazza. Thank you.

I had a wonderful time at Maurizia’s place! She was extremely communicative with my arrival and throughout my stay. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and quiet. It’s very convenient to everything you want to do and see in Cinque Terre, and is great if you’re looking for a place to settle in after a long day of hiking. Also, the complementary breakfast is a great value - also healthy and delicious- and made me feel at home. Highly recommend!
