Ana was very kind and accommodating during my long term stay. The room looked like the photos, and the attached bathroom was recently renovated and very nice. A/C and a ceiling fan were available in the room, and the dresser provided plenty of storage. The location is pretty convenient, there are a couple of restaurants within a 5 min walk, and a Target/Trader Joe’s within 15 min. Note that this is a house where you wear shoes inside, so recommend you bring slippers or flip flops. Thank you Ana!

Ana is the best host you could have. Very accommodating to her guests and responds in a timely manner. Couldn’t recommend this stay with her enough.

My stay at Ana’s home was very comfortable and nice. She was very accommodating and kind, the place was accurate to the photos. The location was perfect, easy access to public transport and walking distance to USC and grocery stores. Highly recommend if looking for a long term stay in LA!

Ana was a great host during my stay. There was no language barrier as other reviews have indicated. The room was adequate for my purposes in terms of space, privacy, and noise level during daytime hours.

The host is very welcoming, sweet, and friendly. She does everything she can to make your stay there as comfortable as possible. I’m not sure why people say there is a language barrier because although she has an accent, she speaks and understands English very well. The location is very convenient and quiet for the most part. My only complaint is the street parking. If you have a car, I strongly recommend you park in her driveway. I left my car parked in the street one night and woke up the next morning and discovered one of my tires completely flat. Take extra caution with that. The host is pretty good about letting you park your car in her driveway. Overall, I recommend booking at this place.
