Where to begin.. everything exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect for getting around St. Ives. It was so peaceful sitting out on the terrace you can hear the birds and the waves crashing. Rowan and Ally were extremely welcoming! They went above and beyond what a host should. The home was beautiful, the details and furnishings were astounding. The breakfast was restaurant quality and nothing beats a meal overlooking that view. The bed and duvet were heavenly after a long day of exploring. It’s noticeable they poured a lot of love and care into the home and enjoy sharing that with their guests. They were super communicative every night for our breakfast choices and just so friendly. The only downside is that we couldn’t stay longer but hope to be back again soon! 1000% recommend staying here. Rowan and Ally are possibly the nicest couple I’ve ever met. We had difficult circumstances with my partner falling very ill, and they were so very accommodating and only wanted to help and give their support, instead of treating us as the inconvenience we felt like. On top of that, they’re amazing chefs who cooked fresh, homemade food with a lot of homegrown ingredients. All in all, a fantastic experience. Thanks so much to the both of you!!

Rowan and Ally were great hosts, very warm and friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The property is in a wonderful location with views over Carbis Bay and beyond. Also very convenient location for a pleasant walk along the Coast Path into St Ives.

Six night stay, in the most comfortable stylish and attractive home! Made most welcome, enjoyed amazing hospitality from the owners, who went out of their way to ensure we had everything we wanted or needed. Altogether, a delightful experience, more than happy to recommend this property wholeheartedly.
