Conveniently located spacious Victorian penthouse in famous Alamo Square. This is a grand old apartment the top floor where my living room is located used to be a ballroom. Altogether the apartment is over 3600 ft.². If we include the outdoor decks it’s about 5000 ft.²! There are four bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. (actually, there are 14 separate areas in the apartment.) Currently, I live alone. I am hoping to find one couple or one single person for an extended stay. There are guest rooms and I frequently have guests stay over. That courtesy I extend to anyone living here as well. Guests typically stay three days to one week maximum. In the past four of us lived here and hardly ever ran into each other because the house is so big! Since Covid, I opted to live alone, but now I’m ready to share my space again. I have a housekeeper come every 2 to 3 weeks so all common areas are thoroughly cleaned and not your responsibility. I do ask that you pick up after yourself and put dishes in the dishwasher and clean crumbs from the counter in the kitchen. Also, helping take the trash and recycle out once a week Would be much appreciated. Other than that it is a non-smoking household but fine with marijuana. I am also open to a well-behaved pet. But I want no responsibility for that pet. That could be discussed if it’s of interest to you. Happy househunting!
