La casa realmente cómoda, limpia y muy bonita. Con todos los servicios, el único inconveniente que encontré fue la comunicación intermitente de parte del anfitrión. Estuve perdida dos horas, no encontraba la dirección exacta y tardaban en responder mucho tiempo. Fuera de eso todo excelente.

My family (2 adults, 4 kids ages 18, 16, 13, and 9) stayed at Norman's for one week. We wanted something comfortable for our family and safe as we have young kids and it was our first time traveling out of the country with our children. This villa was perfect for our needs. The pictures are exactly what you see when you arrive. Knowing that we were staying out of town, we rented a car and had no issues traveling around. The community was perfect for days when we wanted to be lazy by the pool and relax but close enough to town, we could be at a delicious restaurant or beach in minutes. Norman was an excellent host. He was informative even before I booked our stay and stayed in contact with me throughout our visit answering all questions and giving great recommendations from my where to buy groceries to what beaches we could access. I would highly recommend this host and location. It was the perfect place for our family.

This place is great for families, location is in the middle of best beaches, parks and airport. It can be challenging to find it if is your first time traveling to Cancun. The place is very comfortable my kids slept good and my mom cooked great in the kitchen. Did not know where to throw away the trash and the washing machine needs a good cleaning. Overall it was good.
