The house is within walking distance (less than 1 block) to a beautiful park (great for kids, dog walking, or just to enjoy some green space in West Texas). This is a huge park, but also has swimming facilities during the summer and a new playground for the kids! If you need a family-friendly location, this one is it!
There is easy access to everything in Lubbock especially TTU, downtown LBK for nightlife and entertainment, and central LBK favorites like the mall and surrounding restaurants. South Loop 289 is close for easy access to all areas within LBK.
