I’m a little confused with the other reviews - this house needs work and a little forethought on what guests might need in the kitchen would be nice. I understand that you get what you pay for and since we were here for work, it was fine once we adjusted our expectations. But even when we brought the plumbing issues up to the owner, her handyman apparently never checked the correct bathrooms while we were at work. So there may be a communication issue there? Also, there are zero cleaning supplies in the house, so if you want to clean a bathroom or the kitchen or wash the dishes, then bring your own soap/supplies/dishtowels. There is also no disposal (which is indeed not listed as an appliance) so heads up. The house itself is big and served its purpose, but do not expect a cozy home with anything beyond the bare minimum. I’m not sure how families with kids would stay here for a week or more?

We were in the area for work and will definitely be staying again if we are in the area. It was a great location near town, minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. Loved that it was fenced in because of our young kids. The house was really clean and has a lot of space. The only thing I would recommend for next time is more towels but other than that it was a really great place to stay.
