Serene and quiet - at night all I could hear was the crickets and frogs. This is hands down the quietest and most tranquil of all the airbnbs I've stayed at (and I've probably got going on 50+ long term stays). The unit sits behind the main house, you enter on what looks like a suburban street (albeit below a mountain), but when inside the cottage you're looking out onto an orchard and the mountain. The cabin is small but definitely big enough for one person for a long stay - enough floor space to get through a yoga routine. Two people probably could make this work shorter term if you really like each other :) Although the place is small, there is a disproportionate amount of storage space, which is really helpful. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Shower is nice and warm. Lots of light during the day. The place is charming, nicely painted and furnished, clearly a lot of thought was put into creating. I absolutely recommend staying here.

Es ist eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, und der Ort Ojai ist schön und gemütlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr einfach aber gemütlich. Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Gay was very friendly and a joy to be around! The house was very nice and met all expectations. I'd recommend to anyone who loves dogs, especially chihuahuas as there are 7 of them. Everyday you feel greeted with love and they treat you like a part of the family!
