Kathleen's cabin in Ojai is extremely convenient for a traveller without a car. Groceries, restaurants, entertainment, walking trails ... everything was easy to get to yet it is peaceful and secluded feeling; a truly special combination. Everything you need is in the quaint and comfortable cabin.

Kathleen is a great host and this is a little escape - you are just over a block to the main street of Ojai yet this cottage feels covered with trees and rather secluded given you're in the middle of town. Some really beautiful views of hills and trees from windows. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything I needed as I do generally cook at home. Kathleen was very responsive, caring and helpful to questions and any issues. I spent three months here and very comfortably, was hard to leave!

Kathleen is a wonderful host and her place is indeed a hidden gem. The cabin is newly renovated and has a great feel with tons of natural light and a thankfully very effective AC during a recent heatwave. The surrounding trees offer tons of shade and I loved all that Ojai had to offer. Kathleen went above and beyond. Thank you for having me.

The unit is cozy and the bed comfy. Laundry on-site is a bonus and the location in town was great. Quiet nights and you can see the stars from the loft. Would stay again.
