Thank you Judy for everything. For helping us get through the wagon trail adventure to your place over the phone, your tour of the grounds/goats, your unique eclectic accomodations, and genuine hospitality. We loved everything about this place and we wish it could have been longer. It being our first Airbnb stay, we enjoyed it very much. I recommend a stay at Judy's place if your trip includes Lynchburg, Lexington, or Woodruffs pie shop (ours did!) Thanks again, Judy!

Judy is one of the most engaging, attentive and accommodating hosts that we have ever experienced! Because her property is in a more rural location than most, she is especially proactive with disseminating directions and details about reaching the destination. She makes herself available at any time and is easily reached by text. Judy's efforts to make her guests' stay comfortable are exceptional! This property is very peaceful, quiet and a great way to connect or reconnect with nature. We highly recommend "Rorytail's" airbnb listing. Thanks for everything, Judy! Tom and Lynn Kiniry

My husband and I had a lovely time. Judy was a great host. We got a tour of the garden and got to meet the goats. We would recommend to anyone that is looking to get away and be among nature. Beautiful and secluded area that is about 40 min from downtown Lynchburg.

Judy hosts a great place deep in natural woods. Very spacious, clean, and quiet, I would say a cottage, not a single room. Judy can make you an authentic breakfast and bakes delicious blueberry muffins. Very-very recommended.

Judy's place is a lovely hideaway in the majestic forests of Monroe, VA. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by the sounds of nature and inspired to revel in God's creation. Every shade of green is seen as guests are invited to walk through the forest at their leisure. Moss spreads across the forest floor, leaves sway in the trees above, and native ferns and grasses grow in small clusters here and there. Trickling water is heard in a nearby stream. Life is abundant all around! The house is beautiful and unique; tree trunks form its frame like a log cabin. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable, and welcoming; a quiet place to read, play board games, and rest. Judy is a kind, thoughtful host. She is deliberate in showing hospitality and courtesy; helpful to give suggestions for local trails and restaurants. Staying at Judy's was a pleasure and I HIGHLY recommend staying there!
