There was a tenant who apparently lived in the basement full-time who greeted me at the front door. But beyond that, I was completely left to figure out the residence by myself. I was directed to my room, but other than that, I was not shown or invited to any of the common areas including parking, the kitchen, living areas etc. The front door stayed unlocked and unsecure 24/7. The bed was uncomfortable and cold and pillows were horrible. I was not told I could use the kitchen or any other part of the house besides my bedroom or bathroom so I was secluded to the bedroom the entire 4 days without any way to heat up or prepare my food throughout my stay. There wasn't a trash can in the room. Half the lights in the bathroom didn't work. The bathroom was not clean. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. When I asked for a 2nd towel (wasn't even given a washcloth) and an iron I never received a reply. Was never given a wifi password. All around disappointing.

Adrian’s a real one. Stayed for a month and a half while finishing my degree in computer science and never had any issues. The place is easy to find and located in a peaceful neighborhood. All the amenities were available and accessible as listed. Kitchen had the necessities for cooking, eating, cleaning, and storing food. Dedicated restroom was clean on arrival and located next to the room (only downsides were the sink’s hot water and the fan didn’t work). Room’s closet had plenty of space and bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer worked great. Adrian is friendly and communicates well. Most importantly, he was flexible with adjusting my reservation due to changing circumstances. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Adrian's place is quiet and the bed is really comfortable. I felt right at home during the week I spent here. It's near the entrance to Rock Canyon in Provo. I'll definitely try to stay here again on my next trip to Provo.

Great place, very kind host, lots of stairs but you should expect that from the pictures. Clean and felt private enough even though it’s not a completely private bathroom. There is hot water in the shower
