This house is in a beautiful, serene location right on a peaceful river and national wildlife refuge. We saw all sorts of wildlife. It was wonderfully quiet. The best room in the house is the sun room in the back looking out on the river. About a 10-minute drive to coffee/restaurants in Kennebunkport or downtown Kennebunk. There's a nice, well-traveled walking path directly behind the house. Sara, our host, was extremely communicative and offered some great recommendations.

We had a great stay. Location is idyllic and the house large and spacious. It had all we needed and beach chairs and coolers were made available by the host, which was great. Sara is a great communicator and attentive host. We had great flexibility for check in and check out time which was very appreciated. Beds were very comfy and each had big closets great for longer stays. Rooms didn’t have window dressings so bring your eye mask if you wanna sleep in.

We had a wonderful stay at the property which included breathtaking views of the river and wild life. Sarah was extremely responsive to answer questions we incurred. The property was close to all beaches and a 10 minute ride from the downtown area.

Sara is an extremely attentive host; and texted to check in on us from time to time just to make sure we were having a great stay. Beautiful house on a lovely river. Can take the trail in the backyard to Kennebunk beaches!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is close to town and all Kennebunkport has to offer, but is also tucked away along the river where you really feel you've gotten away from it all. The views are beautiful!! We enjoyed the path - such a beautiful trail to the beach. The house was comfortable and provided us with everything we needed. Sara was incredibly communicative and helpful during our stay.
