Home has nice space, BUT the first thing out of the host's mouth when called with a problem shouldn't be, "We can do nothing about that." And out of the host's husband's mouth, "Yeah, it was doing that the last time I was there." And when asking for on-site help, "That is a problem, because we live in the city (NYC, 7 hours away). A list of issues follows: House has strong, musty smell 4 smoke alarms had dead batteries and were chirping Defunct security system panels were beeping NO DIRECTIONS PROVIDED FOR ANYTHING but the wifi login 4 thermostats. Which ones do something? Kitchen sink faucet is broken Ant-like bugs in sink and on counter Dirt on top of some baseboard registers Walls generally grimy/paint damage Carpets dirty Used toothbrushes & paste, hair brush, soap, shampoo in bathrooms All washcloths dirty/stained; bath towels worn out Thin toilet paper Old food/condiments in fridge No top sheet on one bed Fireplace pilot light fumes Overall general lack of care

Funky, interesting house with good potential-great size and layout with some eclectic detail. Unfortunately, the rugs were badly stained l, food left in frig, and the place needed a deep clean. There was noticeable odor throughout.

Amana’s place was great for a quick trip to Buffalo, very close to airport…highly recommend

Nice home, great location and beautiful neighborhood. The property was just as it was described online. All four of the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of amenities when we arrived and the fridge contained several staple items. The house was extremely clean. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near the property. Check-in was easy and Amana was quick to respond to any questions that we had pertaining to our trip. Overall this is a great place to stay when you are in the Buffalo area.
