Our party of 6 ladies had a most enjoyable weekend at Jeremiah's house. Having 5 bedrooms was a real plus. As well, we appreciated being able to sit out on the backyard deck with a view of the forest. The deer even came to visit! The kitchen area was spacious and very well appointed. Jeremiah was quick with responses to questions. His communication of instructions, directions, etc, was clear, accurate and prompt. Proximity to the Buffalo area made for an easy drive to shopping and restaurants. We definitely recommend this listing.

The house is great for a large Family. All 5 grandkids slept in the 1 large bedroom and had a 4-day sleepover! The Living Room was nicely isolated where the kids played and watched TV, while the adults talked and played games in the Kitchen/TV room area. And I set up my compuer and scanner in the formal dining room to do Family Tree work, and in which the kids were not allowed to enter.

Jeremiah’s house was the perfect spot for a Bills game weekend with friends. The house was set up well for a group of 7 people. We had more than enough space. The house and property had everything and then some. Thanks again for an amazing weekend:

The house was great with deer in the back yard. The address is 72 Chestnut Hill Ln not 73. The picture helped us find the correct house. Never did talk or communicate. with Jeremiah. His brother, who we spoke to on the phone, gave us the code to get in and was very helpful.
