Rent a car for the stay. Walking is do able but not if your carrying any thing.

Casa Magnificent is truly a breathtaking home. Costa Rica really captured my heart. From the hospitality, friendly, laid back, and personal moments I look forward to visiting again. The rooms upstairs all had access to the balcony to have the most amazing sunrise and sunset views. The pools on the property really made relaxing easy. The eating area outside with the grill gave ample amount of space for everyone to lounge and enjoy. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking supplies needed to cook great meals. The speaker was a nice touch to enjoy music while gathering. I would like to personally thank Marilyn and Kerri for communicating through emails to help organize this trip. Russell, Rebecca, Joseph, and Chris from the management team for greeting and introducing the property. Ricardo was a joy to have as he transported us all over Costa Rica giving rich history and insight on the local area.

We had a great time in Guanacaste and the house was pretty cool. Having a private little pool and lots of outdoor seating is a must for the views. The Rich Coast team was helpful in us plannings things. The house is as it appears in the pictures. lots of space and high ceilings. Very functional kitchen with almost everything you need. There was definitely a little bit of an issue with cleanliness though on the floors. We had to wear our sandals in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom because we kept stepping on small pieces of glass, and it was pretty clear no one has really mopped the house good in a bit. Only issue with the location is, it's not as private as you would hope during the day. They are doing construction at the house next door and they can see directly into the backyard and pool when they are working on the second floor. Wasn't awesome to look up and see 2 people staring directly at you in a swimming pool. Still a good experience. This house is worth considering.
