We had a lovely time staying in this beautifully decorated flat. A particular highlight was the access to the shared pool and the location of the apartment, only a few minutes walk away from the public beach access and a wide variety of restaurants, as well as an Oxxo and ATMs.

Talia was very communicative and accommodating, with a friendly demeanour. We only crashed for the night but would definitely stay there again. Very spacious.

Ok, so this is not for Talia, but as a note to future potential guests. The place is not new, but it is not a negative. It is clea, spacious, located in a very walkable, convenient place and has lots of charm. This is a gated community with security and several low-rise buildings and a pool area in the middle. The pool was nice and warm with ample space for many to enjoy. The beach is not close. Map will tell you 5 minutes, but in reality it is closer to 15 as you cannot just stroll into hotel properties, but need public access path. The closest is via south of the main street. The beaches were wavy, but swimmable. There is a mall and a large grocery store that is may be 4 minute walk from the main gate. Lots of small and fancy restaurants around. The closest and best value is the Food Park Puerto Vallarta to the right of the main gate. There is Mexican, Japanese, Italian foods there and a bar. Kind of like street food mini plaza. I also recommend El Chinelo Grill.
