It has a double bed and a single sofabed that can cater up-to 4pax (2 adults and 2 kids) or 3 adults max. You can do light cooking or just enjoy staycation with our smart tv you can just do netflix and chill or enjoy a dip in our infinity pool. The pool is free for two pax only, excess guest will pay an additional fee. Also, please adhere the swimming pool rules and schedules. Paid parking is available on first come first serve basis. For the stay-at-home workers, the unit boost of its reliable internet up to 70mbps speed. The condo unit is also conveniently near pharmacies, food shops, laundry shop, etc. fronting the building. Location wise, this place is perfect for those who wants to be in walking distance to Ayala mall and SM City where buses, vans are readily available for trips to the North and Southern Cebu beaches. The unit is next to the ramp or parking, so there will be some expected vehicle noise.

Comment is from my sister since I was not able to actually stay at the place. She said that her overall experience was nice. The only negative comment she had was that something smelled foul when she walked the hallway outside her room. Other than that, the place was clean, good location and the pool was a bonus especially with the hot weather.
Staying at Shiela's place was an absolute delight! The accommodation was cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Shiela is also responsive and accomodating. The location was perfect, well secured with easy access to amenities. I highly recommend her place and would love to stay here again in the future.👍💯
I wad happy with my stay, had everything that I needed. The check in process was a bit of a struggle as the receptionist didn't know about my reservation, but that wasn't the hosts fault. I had an earlier check in planned, which was an extra 500 pesos, but I had to wait about 30-40 minutes in the Lobby, because of the confusion. Unfortunately I had some fake eyelashes left behind in the bathroom cupboard, I think that shouldn't happen if you pay an extra cleaning fee. In the end I was happy with my stay, just would have expected a bit more service if you pay extra for it

You really don’t have to go too far.
You can walk to nearby malls like Ayala and SM City or ride a taxi to your destination.
Parking is available in the condo building premises but is on a first come first serve basis. Also, it is not free after the first 2 hours. Php 50/hr fee is collected by the building personnel/admin.
