Great large family friendly home in a lovely neighborhood!

This place was nice but host never reply or communicate with her guest or client. We did send request of day changing she get back with me after 3 to 4 days.i did call her day before our checking , she refuse to give us code and instructions to get in to Housse.day we supposed to check in I been calling her and send her message over 5 hours no reply , until we contact customer service for advice , instead to check in at 3 pm originally time for checking she send me message almost at 7 pm. ( I been so embarrassed with my guest. , after we get code to get access to Housse ,place has been advertised that has 5 bedrooms at site , but we found just 4 bedrooms upstairs, basement is locked, again I did text and send message to Lisa she didn’t reply until 4.30 am. She give us code to get access to basement for 5 th room Anyway we had horrible experience Place it’s nice and cozy but host it’s horrible Thanks

Beautiful place in good location. Lisa was helpful and responsive The listing says there is an extra bedroom with a King bed, but we couldn’t find it. Maybe it was in the basement with an access door to it left locked?

Spacious house, comfortable. Would have rated a lot higher had the basic amenities been taken care of.
