Great clean flat close to the main amenities of Formby.

Well equipped flat in the very centre of Formby - with shops and bars / restaurants right on your doorstep. Easy allocated parking right next to the flat is an added bonus. The property manager deserves a particular mention… Very easy to get hold of and very quick to respond. We were allowed an earlier check-in and then once in the flat the manager was in touch to make sure that we had everything we needed. One minor issue during our stay was dealt with extremely quickly - which was greatly appreciated.

Perfect spot to stay in to visit family members in the area. Wonderful host - really helpful and responsive, felt looked after and safe. Apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy. It was cold when we arrived (totally expected in the North of England) but didn't take long to get the place warm and cosy with the radiators on! Highly recommend this apartment for you Formby stays, we will be booking again.

Lovely little flat is ideal central location. Ideal for 3 or max 4 people as only one sofa and 4 chairs at the table (as shown in photos) Comfy beds and all very clean. Also a note re parking. We had 2 cars and were able to use the reserved space for the flat and a visitor space, but any other parking would be expensive or quite far away .
