great place for out trip, host was very responsive and i would recommend staying here . In good travel distance to walk into waterloo with plenty of bars and food outlets. Even left us a coupe of beers in the fridge!
Nick has advertised this place so accurately. The house is even homelier than described. The outside environment is dependent on the weather and so inviting. Yet inside the house you are in a capsule of warmth and comfort. I would definitely stay here again.
Cosy vibey house with gorgeous views in a brilliant location. Our 2 dogs loved the long walks in the sand dunes, and its an easy 15 min hop into Liverpool central on the train. Found a great locals pub, the Volunteers Canteen. We will be back!
Brilliant location for us being a mile from our daughters house but also with great access to the beach for the dog. Loved the local vibe and visited several friendly pubs and coffee shops. Waterloo is an up and coming area yet remains historic and very authentic. Property is cosy, eclectic and fun. Loved it!
Waterloo is just north of Liverpool city centre, providing fantastic local amenities and the world famous Antony Gormley Iron Men sculptures on the beach. Liverpool City centre is easily and quickly accessible and this property offers a perfect balance to city bustle with a very peaceful location that’s also minutes away from cool coffee shops bars and restaurants. 2 Sports centres with swimming pool gyms and aqua sports just minutes walk. Seaview is 1 minute away from the Sea Merchant Bruce Ismay’s impressive house the owner of The Titanic from which he would watch his ships entering and leaving The River Mersey. Nick’s mum knew was good friends with the Beatles during the early 60’s and he has many stories about that period as well as local history. The Georgian Terraces facing the beach are a historiography conservation area overlooking a series of gardens. Also a popular filming location. Beach bus bar right on beach is a short walk away and great for food and drinks.
Nick maybe free to offer shuttle lifts to local points of interest city centre and local train at competitive rate, although it is extremely easy to navigate the local train which is 15 minutes to town, and just a short walk along a beautiful Georgian set of terraces.
