Cons: 1. Connectivity issues – both Wi-Fi and mobile network – hindered productivity; the provided Jio dongle was hardly functional 2. Overpriced food with consistently hard rotis. 3. Dirty blanket/comforter in the room. 4. Persistent unpleasant odor in the bathroom. 5. Malfunctioning TV. 6. Majority of power sockets were non-operational. 7. Thin walls allowed noise from adjacent rooms. 8. Absence of essential furniture: no chair or wardrobe in the room. 9. Host displayed a lack of proactiveness. 10. Broken bedside reading lamp and curtains that lacked privacy. 11. Poor maintenance of outdoor spaces, including an unmowed lawn. 12. Unsatisfactory laundry service without detergent use. 13. Proximity to a busy road limited peaceful outdoor walks. Pros: 1. Excellent staff, especially Raja and the female caretaker who were both helpful and readily available. 2. Offers a mesmerizing view complemented by the soothing aroma of the adjacent tea garden.

Not worth the money. Distance from ooty: It is easily 40 mins away from Ooty, on weekends add another 15-20 mins extra due to the traffic. This of course was something I knew while booking but, hadn't thought it would matter much. But it did. Most of the must visit places around ooty are on the other side and anything that was about 40 mins from ooty became double the travel time to reach. Breakfast: 1 breakfast option for both days. Just idli and sambar for both days. Nothing else was offered. Very disappointing. Cleanliness: Bed linen was stained in multiple places. Bathroom lacked drain pipe cover in one place for me that is scary since insects can creep into the bathroom and eventually into rooms because of this, thank god it didn't happen. Location and Parking: Parking 2 cars is okay but anything more than that is beyond difficult. since the property is in a steep location its a task to get the car out and in from the already congested parking. And from parking to the house is also steep slope and few steps, hence not recommended for elderly people. The care taker whose number was shared was on leave the second day when the parking was blocked because of anther guest's car (we couldn't figure out which guest's car it was and there was no one (from owner' side) in the property to help) and finally we parked outside the property, which is not recommended due to the fast moving traffic in the road. All in all, a very bad first Air bnb experience.

The location is amazing. Off the beaten path, but still close to Ooty and Coonoor. The host and the staff are really friendly and take efforts to make sure you are taken care of. The only slight issue is with the way the place is constructed, and that leads to reduced privacy in the rooms with the voices from anywhere in the property filtering through to your rooms.
