Clean room in a secure building. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Located on a major San Francisco street with automobile and pedestrian noise, often very loud, which can continue into the late night/early morning hours. Also, there is a nightclub down the block across the street, which attracts a late-night crowd.

The Dorel was great for what we needed it for. It's definitely meant for ONE person but my partner and i were able to squeeze onto their full-sized beds pretty easily. Definitely a great stay for one night. If we had stayed for longer we probably would've found a place with a bigger bed. The murphy bed was already down and set up for us when we arrived. Above counter sink was directly in front of the bed. There's only one sink so if you use the bathroom, be aware that the sink is outside of the bathroom. The bathroom is a small standing shower and a toilet directly next to it. The room was small and definitely hard to move around with two people and the bed down. While we didn't need to put the bed up and into it's couch form- it was still a tight fit. The Dorel host responded to every question I had but not as quick as I would have preferred. When arriving 30 minutes before our check-in time-- i'd asked if we could check-in early and they responded 7 minutes before check-in.
