Thank you Jose for a wonderful stay and for all your help. I recommend this place and the Bronx. I can compare it with other facilities and locations in the USA. First of all, choose your location consciously. It is far from Manhattan, but close to the subway (3 minutes), which runs often even at night. This part of the Bronx may seem dangerous at first after checking the Internet, for people who have not been here or to a similar place in their country. I stayed here for 4 days, walked around the Bronx at different times of the day, even at night, and I didn't encounter any dangerous situations. There are a lot of cheap and interesting shops and places to eat in the area. The building is easy to access thanks to phone app. The host lives in this house. You can immediately see that he cares about order and cleanliness. Guests have access to a shared guest bathroom and kitchen. The rooms are cozy and lockable. Clean linen and towels. The host was nice and polite, always helpful.

Place was clean and easy to check in. Place is also very close to the train station. Jose was very informative with the check in instructions.
