What a great find! House is cozy yet spacious and immaculate with a lovely decor. The location is perfect as we could easily walk downtown to explore shops or restaurants multiple times every day.

My family and I had a great holiday stay at Samantha's place, everything was as described, the location was excellent, and the house was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was as described with lots of room to easily accommodate a large family or 3 couples. The kitchen was well stocked with basics for cooking and lots of dishes/glasses to use. The living room was extremely comfortable with two sofas and a overstuffed chair. Note that the stairs to the second floor are steep, so this might not be a good choice if you have any mobility issues. However there are 1.5 bathrooms on the main floor which was very helpful. The house is just a short walk to the down town main street shops, yet was located on an extremely quiet portion of the street. I would recommend this rental to large families or multiple couples travelling together.

Samantha’s house has a great location, a couple minutes walk from downtown Belfast, near restaurants, ice cream, bakeries, the Harbor Walk, and shops. We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere in this cute town. The house was perfectly clean, very well stocked with everything we needed, and spacious. Parking in the driveway and access to the house was super easy. For light sleepers (like us), there is the sound of cars rolling by in the street, but it’s not excessively loud. Samantha was a responsive host, and we found renting this house to be very easy - we had a nice stay here!
