It is very nice house. Very basic, but has everything you need plus comfortable bed. The house itself has a very nice energy.

Good place for a short weekend away. Right around the corner from the college, very convenient.

Place was as described. Check in was easy and the bed was particularly comfortable (not the bricks at many AirBnB). Check out directions were reasonable. Only thing somewhat disappointing was the shower, it was hard to get much other than a trickle or two strong but thin streams.

Thank you Jake for a lovely stay at your place. The home was nice and we loved the neighborhood. So close to Bailey hill such a beautiful walk and hike! Thank you for being a great host! We stayed for a few months! So much to do I the surrounding towns and areas. Local food, music, art, nature the list goes on…
